Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accounting Manager who will manage a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a Property Accounting team and oversee financial statement preparation for various projects
• Act as a liaison between clients, property management, and the accounting team to ensure timely completion of requests
• Identify training needs, track performance, and motivate team members while ensuring compliance with accounting policies

Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP)
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration
