Job Summary

Leading a team of accountants, the full-time remote Property Accounting Manager will supervise financial operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and prepare financial reports while implementing process improvements for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and manages the performance of the accounting team, including hiring and training
• Oversees financial transactions and approves entries for financial statements and reports
• Acts as a liaison to auditors and ensures customer satisfaction by addressing financial inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in property accounting or real estate finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
