Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contents Property Adjuster responsible for investigating and settling non-complex property contents claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property claims, including initial coverage review and communication with involved parties
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate loss reserves while engaging necessary vendors
• Negotiate loss settlements and communicate coverage issues or limitations effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Completion of adjuster trainee period
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends for CAT response
• Proficiency in developing damage scope and producing estimates in a virtual environment
• Experience using Xactimate software
