Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desk Property Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims, including supplements and Additional Living Expense (ALE)
• Provide timely communication to customers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience as a Property Adjuster with proficiency in Xactimate
• Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership
• Experience in both field and desk settings preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
