Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims, including supplements and Additional Living Expense
• Provide timely communication to customers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Experience handling property claims
• Proficiency in Xactimate
• Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach
