Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Desk Property Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners' claims, determine coverage and damages, and manage the full lifecycle of claims while providing timely communication to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies extensive experience in adjusting claims and partners with specialists for fraud or subrogation cases
• Recognizes key components of residential construction and repair while addressing complex customer needs
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of insurance policies and determines subrogation or fraud potential

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate software
• Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership
• Experience in both field and desk settings for claims management
• Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
