Job Summary

Investigating and resolving moderately complex homeowner liability claims, the full-time Property Adjuster - Remote will negotiate settlements, manage communications with policyholder attorneys, and coordinate appraisal processes while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with best practices
• Review estimates and prepare for claims settlement evaluation
• Act as the primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys, leading negotiations to resolve disputes

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of claims experience
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of contracts such as lease agreements and condominium documents
