Property Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Analyst (Lien Search) to transform online research into polished reports for U.S. real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Summarize and compile reports using proprietary software
• Conduct online research and validate records with municipal government
• Coordinate with the internal Client Experience team to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or research
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Remote work eligibility in specific states: FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, VA
• Familiarity with the title industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
