Property Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming online research into polished reports, the full-time remote Property Analyst will summarize and compile data for U.S. real estate clients while coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Summarize and compile reports using proprietary software and maintain detailed records
• Coordinate with the Client Experience team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
• Conduct online research and make phone calls to gather necessary property management records

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or research
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Familiarity with title industry terminology is preferred
• Ability to work remotely from specified states (FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, VA)
• Proficient in Google, Adobe, and other related computer software
