Property and Casualty Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating the internal service process for assigned middle-market commercial property and casualty clients, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Account Coordinator will manage endorsement processes, client communications, and workflow outsourcing while collaborating with Account Managers and Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review client communications and deliverables
• Manage the endorsement process and certificate of insurance workflow
• Coordinate and oversee the renewal process to ensure timely execution

Required qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience is required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of brokerage experience or relevant work experience preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic project management skills and systems knowledge
