Property and Casualty Account Executive

Job Summary

Promoting and selling assigned Pearl Insurance coverage, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Account Executive will manage client interactions via phone and email, handle servicing during the first year of policy coverage, and utilize various marketing methods to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage sales leads from multiple sources to maximize outreach
• Conduct high-volume customer contact to promote and close sales on insurance coverage
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process while maintaining detailed documentation in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain)
• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
