Job Summary

A company is looking for a Select Associate Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in desk management and customer service for clients
• Manage client relationships and assist in the renewal process, including preparing applications and quotes
• Collaborate with the India team for support and maintain clients and policies in agency management systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
• Possess a current and active Property & Casualty license
• Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
• Ability to adapt to various insurance carrier rating websites
• Familiarity with technology-based tools and solutions in support of small commercial lines business
