- Support Business Development Executives in servicing and developing P&C insurance programs
- Market and sell insurance products based on insureds' needs
- Build relationships with members to foster ongoing business opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
- Must possess Property, Casualty, Life & Health licenses or obtain within 60 days of hire
- Experience in insurance principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
