Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Manager will manage customer accounts, provide product information, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions while maintaining accurate records of interactions
Required qualifications:
  • Active Property and Casualty License preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
