Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Account Manager will manage customer accounts, provide product information, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions while maintaining accurate records of interactions
Required qualifications:
- Active Property and Casualty License preferred
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
