Job Summary

Managing a dedicated book of small commercial clients, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Account Manager will focus on client retention, lead the renewal process, and ensure operational excellence while providing high-quality service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, focusing on retention and account performance
• Lead the renewal process by evaluating exposures and recommending tailored solutions
• Prepare proposals and ensure timely handling of service requests, maintaining compliance and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or a related client service role
• Experience managing client relationships and servicing commercial accounts
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain it within an agreed timeline
