Job Summary

Passionate about customer service, the full-time remote Customer Service Agent will assist existing clients with changes to their insurance policies, process service requests, and address policy-related inquiries while working with over 55 insurance carriers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
  • Help retain policyholders by providing solutions to customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of starting
