Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Associate (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound industry research and develop success strategies for partner outreach
• Perform partnership outreach through calls and emails, and respond to inbound inquiries
• Close partnerships and maintain HubSpot data, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and deals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in partner or customer support, light sales, or business development
• Experience in analyzing business cases and making marketing fee recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license within the first 60 days of employment
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve specific, measurable, and relevant goals
