Job Summary
Supporting the service of an assigned book of business, the full-time Client Service Associate will assist with policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and day-to-day client needs in a remote environment, contributing to policy accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with endorsement workflow, policy reviews, and processing policy audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Issue and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) while maintaining accurate client records and responding to urgent requests
- Support day-to-day client communication and collaborate with Account Managers and Executives to uphold service delivery standards
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines or property and casualty servicing preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license preferred; company will assist in obtaining it
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred or knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as keyboarding and writing
