Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for clients on assigned files
• Conduct investigations of large losses and manage files to conclusion
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain up-to-date file documentation

Required Qualifications:

• One or more active law licenses
• Minimum of one year work experience within the insurance industry
• Good working knowledge of tort law and civil procedure
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Strong organization and time management skills
