Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Primary Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to increase new business submissions and premium across all products
• Engage with commercial insurance brokers and educate them on underwriting appetite
• Coordinate business development activities and communicate broker feedback to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial P&C insurance products
• Prior experience with insurance products targeting the hospitality industry
• Property/casualty broker's license in state of domicile
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
