Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Primary Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to increase new business submissions and premium across products
• Engage with commercial insurance brokers through various communication methods and educate them on underwriting appetite
• Coordinate business development activities with the marketing team and communicate broker feedback to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial P&C insurance products
• Prior experience with insurance products for the hospitality industry is required
• Property/casualty broker's license in the state of domicile
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
