Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Primary Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to increase new business submissions and premium across products
- Engage with commercial insurance brokers through various communication methods and educate them on underwriting appetite
- Coordinate business development activities with the marketing team and communicate broker feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial P&C insurance products
- Prior experience with insurance products for the hospitality industry is required
- Property/casualty broker's license in the state of domicile
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
