Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Damage Claims Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Auto Damage Claims Adjusters to ensure efficient claims processing
• Develop and implement coaching techniques to enhance individual and team performance
• Monitor claims activities and identify areas for improvement to boost customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto claims handling experience required
• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must obtain and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
• Knowledge of personal lines auto claims and insurance policies is essential
