Property and Casualty Client Advocate

Job Summary

Managing client relationships for construction accounts, the full-time Associate Client Advocate will oversee service needs, retain complex accounts, and collaborate with teams while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Support multi-tier serviced accounts and independently manage client relationships with revenues up to $1MM
• Develop and implement competitive insurance programs, prepare market quotes, and manage the onboarding process for new clients
• Communicate and collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters to ensure accurate processing of insurance applications and policy renewals

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of brokerage experience
• Property and Casualty account management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to train and provide oversight to Account Coordinators and Assistants
