Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on sales processes and coaching to support Direct Phone Sales
• Analyze processes for efficiency and recommend enhancements to operations
• Support agents by addressing customer escalations and monitoring contact trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of related experience
• Property and Casualty license for resident state
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
