Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Coordinator - Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business bind requests and agency bill renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team for proposal creation and documentation
- Coordinate communication and workflow between sales, customer service, and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related insurance support role preferred
- Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) preferred
- Experience as a Business Services Specialist or Customer Service Representative is a plus
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) and strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
