Property and Casualty Coordinator

Job Summary

To support risk strategy and client service excellence, the remote Client Service Coordinator in Property and Casualty will manage coverage placements, assist Client Managers with account activities, and ensure operational accuracy while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients with coverage placement renewals, claims coordination, and day-to-day service needs
• Maintain documentation in agency management systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Assist in identifying coverage gaps and contribute to process improvements for enhanced client experience

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
