Property and Casualty Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the broking team, the full-time Broking Coordinator will analyze client risk profiles, negotiate with insurance carriers, and assist in developing customized risk solutions while working remotely with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of clients' existing programs and formulate recommendations for customized risk solutions
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive financial outcomes and support organic revenue development
- Assist in the timely production of documentation and follow-up to ensure smooth client communication
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- P&C License preferred
- Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
