Job Summary

Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a full-time remote call center environment by handling inbound calls, chats, and processing tasks related to personal lines insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and chats from clients and agents, providing accurate information regarding policies and coverage
  • Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other related transactions while ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance the overall client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements preferred
  • Active 2-20 or 4-40 license or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
  • Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy
