Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats from clients and agents, addressing inquiries related to personal lines insurance policies, processing endorsements, and handling billing inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and chats, providing accurate information on policies, coverage, and billing
- Process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations while prioritizing workload to meet service standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and participate in ongoing training and meetings
Required qualifications
- Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance, including homeowners
- Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements preferred
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 license or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
- Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently from a remote workspace
