Job Summary
Connecting with pet parents during important moments, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads to educate potential customers on Trupanion's coverage options, guiding them through the enrollment process while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service
- Build trust and rapport with pet parents using a consultative approach to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Manage high inbound call volumes while achieving individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote environment
