A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist pet parents with their insurance needs in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries to sell pet insurance policies
• Optimize time and resources to consistently meet sales goals
• Build rapport with customers and maintain strong knowledge of products and services

Required Qualifications

• Current active resident property and casualty insurance license in a minimum of 35 states
• Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends
