Job Summary

As a full-time Insurance Account Executive working remotely, the candidate will engage customers through a consultative sales approach, assisting them in obtaining insurance coverage for homeowners, auto, RV, and other products, while driving lead conversion and managing the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions across various lines
  • Drive lead conversion through high-volume outreach and manage the complete sales process from quoting to policy purchase
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and stay current on insurance products and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred, with a focus on brokerage handling multiple carriers
  • Property and Casualty License preferred, but not required; support for licensing and renewals is provided
  • Strong commitment to customer service with adaptability to varying customer personalities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a proactive approach to achieving results
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
