Job Summary
Joining a dynamic fintech startup, the full-time remote Customer Service Agent will assist existing customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and provide support regarding policy details while striving to retain policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 60 days of starting
