Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Insurance Account Executive will engage customers in a consultative sales approach to secure insurance coverage for homeowners, auto, RV, and other products, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions across various lines
- Drive lead conversion through outbound outreach and manage the complete sales process from quoting to policy binding
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and stay current on insurance products and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience is preferred
- A Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required, with support for licensing available
- Strong commitment to customer service with adaptability to various customer personalities
- Effective time management skills and ability to perform under stress
- Proficient working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
