Job Summary

As a full-time Insurance Account Executive working remotely, the candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients to provide personalized insurance solutions for homeowners, auto, RV, and other products while driving lead conversion and managing the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers using a consultative sales approach to identify insurance needs and recommend solutions
  • Drive lead conversion through high-volume outreach and manage the complete sales process from quoting to policy binding
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and stay informed on insurance products and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience is preferred
  • A Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required, with support for licensing provided
  • Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Effective time management skills and ability to perform well under stress
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
