Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Agent, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls from existing customers, process service requests related to insurance policies, and provide assistance with policy details to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policy changes
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with questions about their existing insurance policies and work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 60 days of starting
