Job Summary

To launch a rewarding career in insurance sales, motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Inside Sales Representative position focused on handling inbound calls and converting leads into policyholders through personalized consultations on insurance needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
