Job Summary

To launch a rewarding career in insurance sales, motivated individuals will join as full-time Remote Inside Sales Representatives, handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders without cold calling
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent communication abilities with both prospects and customers
• Strong typing capabilities and proficiency in using PCs
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
