Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
- Manage inbound calls and warm leads to convert prospects into policyholders
- Participate in paid training and licensing programs to develop sales skills and knowledge of insurance products
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related roles required
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
