Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Insurance Agent will source new sales opportunities, interact with prospects to generate quotes, and achieve production goals while utilizing various sales tools and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
- Interact with prospects to understand customer needs and present quotes effectively
- Achieve sales production goals while navigating multiple websites and tools during client interactions
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Personal Lines Insurance license or willingness to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses within the first 30 days
- A passion for sales and the ability to learn new software programs
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Bilingual/Spanish preferred
