Property and Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary

Promoting and renewing assigned business insurance coverage, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will engage with existing clients through various communication channels, facilitate the underwriting process, and document sales activities in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volume customer contact to promote and renew insurance coverage and sell ancillary products
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process by coordinating with clients and internal underwriters
• Document sales activities and maintain customer relationships following the first year of coverage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
• Property and Casualty insurance license required or the ability to obtain one
