Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, the full-time remote position will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert prospects into policyholders
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
