Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, converting them into policyholders
• Participate in paid training and obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
