Property and Casualty Insurance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Service - Marketing I.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Services Specialists and Customer Service Representatives to ensure complete submission packets for new accounts
• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of new risks, provide renewal quotes, and process endorsements as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and track all marketing submissions in the agency management system

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year in the insurance industry; an Associate degree is a plus
• P&C License must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment
• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty coverages and insurance products
• Proficient in using Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
