Property and Casualty Insurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients, the full-time Account Coordinator (Emerging Risk) will manage workflows, prepare client communications, and oversee the renewal process in a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outsourcing of workflows including certificates of insurance and policy checking
• Prepare and review client communications and deliverables, ensuring accuracy
• Coordinate the renewal process workflow for successful and timely execution

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a comparable work environment
• At least 1 year of insurance brokerage experience
• Commercial insurance experience is highly preferred
• Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (to be obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Ability to learn and adopt technology systems and software applications
