Job Summary

Property & Casualty Insurance Representative, responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service in a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service
• Resolve customer issues on the first call through proactive and empathetic communication
• Assist customers with pricing plans and sensitive situations regarding healthcare needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current Property & Casualty license required
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
