Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative - Non-Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
• Manage confidential customer information and resolve issues on the first call

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED required
• Possess an active home state Property and Casualty License
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and able to type 25 wpm
