Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Specialist, the remote Property and Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while addressing inquiries with professional excellence in a non-sales capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
• Resolve issues on the first call by demonstrating empathy and understanding while managing sensitive customer information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
