Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Service Specialist - Inbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying sales opportunities
• Review policies with policyholders through inbound calls, direct mail, and email prior to renewal
• Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and membership benefits

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required
• Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts
