Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Specialist II - Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewal business and create new business to drive revenue growth
• Obtain underwriting information and prepare applications for new and renewal submissions
• Educate clients on coverage options and maintain ongoing client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in customer service in the insurance industry preferred
• Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C)
• Ability to read and analyze insurance policies
• Experience with Agency Management Systems, knowledge of AMS360 is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
